Elastomers/Aftermarket

T3 Elastomers manufactures compression and transfer molded products specializing in oilfield applications. Our operating facility is approximately 9,500 square feet with roughly 2,000 square feet dedicated to raw material & finished product inventory. The production shop contains two mixing mills, three 300 ton presses, four 560 ton presses, four 80 ton presses, and one 885 ton press.

The T3 Elastomer team has over 75 years of combined oilfield & elastomer experience.

T3 elastomer seals provide superior level of performance, can cut operating expenses, reduce repair and down time, and decrease operational times for service jobs - all factors affecting operating expenses and thus improving the profitability of drilling operations.

T3 pressure control seals are designed for field pressure production operations in a range of temperatures, pressures, drilling muds, and stripping conditions. The seals provide the highest quality and elastomer technology to give an economical and dependable means to prevent leaks and rubber extrusion.

Currently the T3 Elastomer product line consists of BOP products in 7-1/16" 3,000 PSI and up to 13-5/8" 5,000 PSI. Our goal and current manufacturing plan is to supply product for 100% of the BOP market. Additional product lines include:

Pipe & rod wipers
Stuffing box packing
Cement plugs

Aside from our own product lines, T3 Elastomers works continuously with other companies developing and manufacturing proprietary products. Applications include, but are not limited to:

Valve seats
Down hole packers
Seals & gaskets

Our technical department offers expertise in mold design and boasts 31 different recipes in compounds such as Aflas, EPDM, Viton, HNBR, Nitrile, Neoprene, Silicone, and Natural rubber. Regardless of your application or the nature of the elastomer service, T3 Elastomers has the experience and technical capability to meet your needs.
